I hate all that sharp S*** at Area 48. They should at least cut it down with a weed wacker. Its San Jose, hire those workers on the street to do it for $20 bucks.

Just wondering, how much notice is needed for registration? Thing is, I'm having a party the day before, and I'm unsure if my presence will be needed the day afterward.

Also, I've found myself without a ride- if anyone will be coming through Danville on their way to the field, I will pay for gas.

The videos on youtube are few months old. They have placed more structures and cover. My opinion its a kick ass field.

It's fun =) There's plenty of cover in some areas while other areas are pretty open. It's a pretty diverse field. Games are run
pretty well and the people there are honorable. This field isn't a Sequoia Airsoft kind of field. The spiky weeds make it a pain in the buttocks to sit, squat, crouch, walk through etc... but what kind of airsoft game would it be if there weren't difficulties? =) The bottom line is, if you're looking for a fun field to play in, look no further than A48.

What is this field like? Found a few youtube videos. It looks very open and bare?
Has anyone attended a game here? If so, what did you think?

Are tracer BBs and tracer silencer mandatory for this game? Or is it optional?
